Guarantees
All animals will be feeding and accurately sexed, unless
otherwise noted and agreed upon. We guarantee live arrival * between the
temperatures of 40*F-90*F, (with appropriate heat/cool packs when needed)
provided someone is there to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Please contact us
within 24 hours of receipt if the animal doesn't appear in good, apparent
health, and we will gladly replace the animal
or refund the purchase price (not including shipping) of your animal, at seller discretion, once we receive the animal back into
our care in the same condition as it was sent. Shipping of replacement to be
paid for by buyer. Partial refund, with you keeping
the animal, may also be an agreed upon option for special circumstances. DOAs
must be reported immediately after receipt. Please freeze said animal. We
reserve the right to request pictures of, or the body of, the deceased before
replacement or refund is awarded, again at seller discretion.
Deposits
We will accept a 25% deposit to hold an animal for two weeks. If after that time
the animal has not been paid for in full, your deposit is forfeit, unless other
arrangements have been made.
Payments
All fees including shipping costs must be prepaid prior shipping.
We accept all major Credit Cards  via
PayPal (We ship to a paypal verified address only!), US Postal money orders, Cashier checks and personal checks (Both are subject to

Shipping
All animals will be shipped in a styrofoam lined box, unless other
arrangements are made.
They can be shipped Overnight door to door (guaranteed live
arrival), for $50.00-$75.00, depending on location. Expensive animals can or
will be shipped same day via the Airlines to your nearest major
airport for $100. Larger/heavier boxes will cost more with either shipping option.
Weather
Conditions
Some orders may be held
back, if we feel it is too hot or cold to ship. Keep in mind - while it may be
cold where you are, it may still be hot here and I cannot include a heat pack or
ship until temps here cool down. Your package will be shipped to you as soon as
weather permits. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you decide we should ship
anyway, Guarantee no longer applies. We will contact you prior to shipping &
provide you with your tracking information.
