Laura, We love the babies !  They were a little pale at first but  I am too when I fly. We were ready with a heating pad and they warmed right up. They were active all afternoon. Now that I'm home with Texas ( her name ) should I still soak her ? I hope she'll eat soon . We offered crickets and meal worms but they were way too excited to eat . You are right about the color . The 2 are very orange , even the dotted one is pretty bright. We are very pleased. I saw your add for the bearded dragon. I really want one but don't really have the space they require. HI there.  Just got the little girl.  She was cold, but I soaked her and she perked right up.  She's basking in her new enclosure, and I'll give her some crickets once she has time to acclimate.  The color on her is even better than the picture showed -- she's beautiful.  Thanks Kris Stroup

He is beautiful!  I spent almost an hour with him, gently warming up the water until he almost lulled to sleep.  Meanwhile, I heated up a large rock on warm in the oven, put it in his aquarium and suspended a basking lamp over it.  He ate right away (I picked him some really young kale from the garden while he was bathing). My kids are going to flip when they come home!  Louis didn't even know we were even shopping around.  He's the one who really wanted one.  Anyway, thanks so much! Beth Wallace

Laura, They're here!!:) Oh my gosh they are so beautiful. They are just starting to get used to their new surroundings. It is so exciting! They are so much better looking in person! they looked great in their pictures, but their colors are so much more magnificent now that I can see them. I was so nervous about buying them over the internet. You helped so much by answering all of my questions and keeping my nerves calm. I am so glad now that I bought both of them!  Their colors really compliment each other. It will be exciting to see what they produce! Hey there, I just wanted to check in about the leos. The male seems to be doing ok. He chowed down on a couple of wax worms last night. I haven't tried crickets yet, but I'll give it a shot tonight. The hypo female laid her eggs this morning. Unfortunately, one of them appears to be infertile, but the other one looks good. I'm looking forward to some more clutches out of her. Laura - Spike is doing pretty good (despite the shippers losing him for 4 days).  He's still a bit thin (from his ordeal), but eats well. Laura, they (66% Het sharp) are great, in their own cages and being the curious snakes that snakes are.  Looking for a way out, and drinking water. I will try a small mouse in a few days. Laura,  Just wanted to let you know i got the pair in right on time, and they look good! not too feisty, either! I put them straight into quarantine housing without messing with them too much, and i'll keep you updated as they come along! The boxing was fine, and their temps were good, so nothing wrong there. Laura, The boas arrived ok.  They were delivered around 9:00AM.  Here are a few pics.  They were a bit cool from the moisture in the paper towels.  I have them warming up right now.  I'll take some more pics after they shed so you can see how they look.  Then I'll send you some updates in a few months.   I'll keep the mother in mind when I get caught back up.
